Zayo said no go on value presented by management. No decision on what vendor will go in metro leaving no model or process to help with business as usual. Layoffs still occurring almost monthly. Still lack of cost of living increases for tiered earners. Outages due to obsolete but business necessary equipment. Having trouble hiring to fill construction and mid level sales jobs. Bottom line is shrinking even with all the greatness spewed and bankruptcy aided balance sheet. Upper management believes underlings to be either gullible or some Jim Jones brainwash cult because an intelligent individual would be able to decipher through the pile of elephant dung presented. Reality Check.

No, go read any of the financial review site that follow WIN or UNIT. They will both report the dumpster fire that is thir financial covered up with some smoke and mirrors accounting.

This company is failing from the very top management to the lowest employee. Management only cares about numbers. Employees will stab their mothers in the back so they can keep their jobs. It's everyone for themselves.
I use to work at the Ct/NY office. Upper management could not be trusted. Field techs went went out of their way to make co-workers look bad.
Terrible place to work. Leaving was the best move I made.
