Work Flow Tool. Has a timer that counts how long you are on each task and calculates your duration. They can use it to determine how much of your time per day is spent productive to see if they can cut heads. Most of the areas that were cut in 2020 started utilizing this 9-12 months before cuts were done in those areas.
It is their way to micromanage every single minute of your day, how long you spend on a particular task. Then they start dissecting why it is taking you so long in one claim Vs another.
