I don’t know how the top of this company thinks it’s possible to have a quality product while at the same time requiring to do more with less. That is simply impossible.
The quality is significantly declining and this is becoming noticeable. However, maybe quality is not important to them anymore?

Man this is not going to help Senor Antonio’s grand plans with recruitment videos of brainwashed employees telling Nuevos recruitos how great of a place this is to work. Dear recruits, if you are a corporate raider, a total management suck up ladderclimber, or a person that loves being bullied by people who qualify for the first two descriptions, welcome aboard this sinking ship.
it's all Nancy's fault!
It seems like after the failed sell to Zayo C-Level management is intently trying to run it into the ground. There'll be nothing left but a shell to take into bankruptcy again.
This is the classic example of Lead by example! From our friends in LR down to local managers it all rolls down hill. We did more with less and now things are really broken. We have been through bankruptcy I can only think the next step is to line us up for a sale of some sort? Merger , spinning off an asset, etc.
Not even scratching the surface how jacked up things are. If I could just learn to send out happy birthday wishes emails I could be in management. Alas, if you know things you are stuck, if you suk you get promoted
There are a bunch of vendors and equipment that have reached end of life. There does not seem to be a general consensus on getting off the old gear or moving customers. We just say "yeah, that network has outages all of the time." The people to support it have gone away.
There are going to be more layoffs they have vendors who aren’t going to deliver products and Windstream doesn’t have an answer to fulfill the void. Off shelf engineering will now be up to whomever can put the legos together. The network will suffer and quality of service will suffer. More with less might be part of it but truly is a case of terrible higher level management.
