Tips for a newish business analyst?

BA here with about 2 years of experience. Feeling very lost about what direction my career should go. If you were me, what tips would you give? My goal is to work in product dev/technology. What certs should I get? Any advice welcome.

Most people at Fidelity will quit starting at year 3. That's when the management will start inviting you to different sessions with people who overcame their challenges and went on to have a long career at Fido. That may be a good opportunity to ask questions.

Most people don't have an option to move up, but if you have it, you probably want to start things that actually work, because many initiatives are a waste of paper. Pixels, if you prefer that.

Avoid @ssholes because your existence is only to benefit their and their master's ("Jump @sshole, jump." "Yes, sir. Can I sacrifice one of my long-time colleagues for you?")
