I find this place great for venting, however, all these complaints will not change the situation at UP. This company has never cared for its employees and we should not expect it to suddenly start caring for us now. What I can change is the company I work for. It is much more important to focus all our energy on looking for better opportunities. How's your job hunting going?

Was any of you promised to be cared for when you hired on? Did any of you share vows with the person that gave you your job?

You can change anything this company does it is just a matter of if you are willing.
