Northrop Grumman and talks to acquire Raytheon here we go again, yearly acquisitions are the norm.

Boeing is looking at Raytheon, they want the military contracts, no interest in the rest, so braking up will be the plan of action in 2023
It’s sounds unlikely, but if you read between lines it could happen, with Ukraine and what’s happening the Warren Buffett’s of the world could take a bit bite from Raytheon.
Given that the FTC just sued to block the Lockheed/Aerojet merged, I wouldn’t lose sleep over this even if it was true since the same reasoning for the LM/AJ block could be used for a RTX/NG merger.
