Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Does this company need restructuring?

Rumors about more restructuring are going around. I don't have any special information about that, but I'm interested in what you think, does this company really need more restructuring now and what kind?
Restructuring may be a great thing for a company, but unfortunately, that is never the case here.

Still WAY too many people overseeing the Metro side of the business. The dealers pay zero attention - to all of them. Almost all of them could - and should - be eliminated.

This company is a dumpster fire. Fortunately a big layoff in the spring will get rid of the worthless people. You know who you are.

this site is not about your opinion. this site is about rumors, grumblings and HR leaks about layoffs.

If you don't like the way the business is run you are free to leave as this merica

This company does not need any restructuring -- it needs a re-evaluation and elimination. There is too much dead weight in this company....too many manager, senior managers, analysts, senior analysts, etc... This was even before the merger with Sprint. There are just too many people working from home who aren't actually working. I expect another round of mass layoffs especially now that the Sprint CDMA network is being discontinued and another round of eliminations for former Metro folks. We all already know T-Mob has been quietly laying off people in the past year or so (they've been laying off 5-10 at a time).
