Can COP legally keep the vax data they forced us to provide since the ruling is now reversed by the supreme court?

They're targeting children in order to get liability protection under the NCVIA. They have to have the ages 5 and up.
@2evu+1eXMJLdA Ever done any international travel for work? They can absolutely require you to take a vaccine for employment. It’s a public health issue.
Yes, anything flies with C19. Privacy and individual rights are out the window. When before has a company been able to 'require' you to report a health status or vaccination status as a term of employment?
And to COP, I just recently got Covid but am still not goign to report. I will not wear a green lanyard as I believe that is discriminatory and non-inclusive (what we have been preaching for several years now)

The unvaccinated are getting sicker than the vaccinated. They are making it impossible for this country to open back up which is hammering the stock market. That is how it affects me.
Explain how not getting vaccinated is prolonging the pandemic? I know countless peoplewho were vaxxed and boosted in the past month who have gotten covid AND spread it to other family members. I am not sure how an unvaccinated person's personnel health decisions affect you. That is how they sold the vaccine initially (that the vax wouldn't allow you to spread C19), but Omicron has proved that false.
The company can and should still make it a policy for employees to be vaccinated. If employees don’t get the vaccination they can hit the road without severance pay. Enough is enough of this covid pandemic made worse by the fools who refuse to be vaccinated.

Without a doubt they will use a 3rd party for Vax Data.
