People are dropping like flies. Work is piling up as a result of it. We are all being asked to do more, more, more… when is this going to stop? Everywhere I look people are leaving. What is leadership’s plan to stop the attrition? This is a serious issue. Good people with a lot of knowledge are walking.

I gave 2 weeks after being told I HAD TO come into the office to do someone else's work. Yesterday was my last day. My boss is such a mo--n I don't know if he even told HR I was leaving. He approved my 2.5 vacation days request AFTER I gave notice (big no-no) including one day I had already worked 8 hours. HR has not contacted me about leaving, no exit interview, no instructions about how to return my equipment, etc. Since he is such a mo--n, I requested my last sick days after my last day to see if I get bonus pay.
It may get worse because today is the day the unvaccinated are being let go!!
I’m one of the exhausted. So much work already and the company just added thousands more members.
It’s enough to make me stop and wonder if the level of work has finally tipped the scales such that this particular paycheck is no longer worth the time an energy.
Especially exhausted are all the program coordinators....having to do two to three peoples work, doing the nurses job of care coordinating and gasping for air at the end of the day from all the calls they made and received.
When I ask , they ignore my questions or lie. Exhausted all of the ppl I know are absolutely exhausted. They want ppl to leave so when they do this mass layoff , they will not have to pay severance, cobra and bonus.
