Anywhere I've applied I've only gotten bad offers that don't come close to what I make here. I know my worth and I'm not willing to settle for something less, so I'll keep looking. Staying here, however, is destroying my mental health, so I really hope something pans out soon.

The whole anti work movement has only applied to min wage jobs. It hasn't nor will hit corp. younger talent and desperate older talent will always take the jobs.
Try also networking via LinkedIn with former peers who are now at other companies. If you see a great position, but not in your geographic location - still apply and share in a cover letter how you can work remotely and how often you would be able to travel.
