I think it's safe to say at this point that the only area that currently isn’t understaffed is management. Actually, I think that's where the real fat is. We could get rid of a third or even half of them and hire people who do the actual work. It would reduce the cost overall (considering the pay discrepancies) and make the work barrable for the rest of us again. Win/win.

Facts! Our department have 1 director, 4 supervisor, 4 team leads! POINTLESS! Waste of money and unnecessary, that’s where it should’ve been cut, yet the director DIANA layoff 4 good employees to save all her FRIENDS she gave leadership positions to. Now we’re left OVER worked and UNDER paid! HR and corporate I’m sure you’re on here, definitely have a look at the Billing & Reimbursement department because it made no sense to get rid of 4 regular employees but keep 4 supervisors and 4 team leads!
And yet they laid off so many good workers in early 2021.....go figure
