Or call a coal train crew off extra board in eagle pass tx and they wont end up touching coal train. They get used as extra crew doing other stuff and they still charge coal mine the cost of the crew.

No they do it do they don’t get fired. The front line managers are told to do this by the directors and superintendents. The bonuses the MTO’s get is minuscule and the MYO’s don’t get anything most of the time. With that said, nobody is completely clean. How many times have you seen someone take home extra batteries, lanterns, crew packs, or other supplies. How many have slowed down to get toe-in? The old saying is don’t throw rocks if you live in a glass house.
Management will make you run the power out past a switch to show a fake OS time so they can bonus, and then they'll have you watch an "Ethics in the Workplace" video
