It's interesting to me that there are still people here who trust our management. Despite everything, they still trust them. Why? How did they earn our trust? Haven’t they proven countless times that they are untrustworthy, that they don’t work in the best interest of the employees? It is simply unbelievable to me that someone still trusts them in spite of everything.

Many times over the years when we get a new supervisor at our location someone always says, he seems like a nice guy. I always tell them he's just another copperhead snake. Put them in a sack, shake them up and poor them on the ground. All you have is a bunch of copperhead snakes. Nothing more, nothing less!

That’s because years of toxic masculinity has been taught to kids and now all we have left are snow flakes afraid to do anything because they might melt.
It's a shame, what the old guys did in the past to protect your work is all gone, they didn't take no for an answer, or that's the way it is, they challenged the company. Now you accept everything they say is true. They are your buddies, no one challenges them, cause you are afraid and don't know how. You got what you deserve, live with it. Enjoy your Soup
