My job is being replaced with jabbed person

Anyone else get informed their job is being posted because they plan on hiring a vaccinated employee instead? So basically my religious accommodation was extremely temporary.

For those who keep asking about the email:

We have considered your request for a religious exemption from receiving the COVID-19 vaccination. Based on our existing business needs, we are temporarily granting you exemption request in your current role. This is not a permanent accommodation. Vaccination remains an essential job function for your role. (before you say anything about clinical... I am not clinical. I work behind the scenes and have zero face to face interaction with clients) As business needs evolve, we may become unable to accommodate your religious belief. You will then be required to complete vaccination in order to remain employed with us.
In addition, despite our ability to temporarily accommodate your request for a religious exemption, non-vaccination puts the safety of our workforce and our communities at risk. To decrease this risk, we intend to search for an fill our staffing needs with vaccinated individuals. Your employment is at-will, and you may be replaced at any time, with or without notice.
The rest of the email talks about the different variants and the urgency for everyone to be vaccinated. A link to learn more about the vaccine and to get with your manager to discuss temporary accommodations.

Consider it karma for lying about having a religious belief about vaccinations. Unless you happen to be a JW but it feels unlikely a JW would work for a company in direct contradiction with their religion
