I’m sure every employee saw the email and it states they are continuing to mandate the vaccine because they are private. Since when??? I always thought AT&T was a Public Company? Should I be contacting my lawyer for this?

It depends on how you define 'private' or 'public'. AT&T is 'private' in the sense that it is not owned by the government and seeks to make a profit. AT&T is 'public' in that it is a corporation owned by multiple investors and traded on a stock exchange.
Contacting your lawyer won't help but if AT&T workers could have used the collective power of a union to defend their personal rights if they had an actual union.
You have Two option get the shot or be shown the door. Your choice
"Shots have severely affected my family members. Yes… members. Plural. "
I am growing so weary of people lying.
All of the anti vax crowd would have us believe that every single person they know, every family member that got the jab has either died or suffered some horrible malady on their way to dying. This is completely untrue of course. The hospitals are filled with unvaxxed knuckleheads....by a vast majority. They come on here and other forums and state that the opposite is actually true; that the vax is ki----g people.
NO ONE TAKES YOU SERIOUSLY BECAUSE YOU KEEP SPOUTING UNTRUTHS, AND YOU SOUND RIDICULOUS.
We get that you don't want to take the vaccine. I still think you're dimwitted, but I'll respect your decision, and wish you well as you seek other employment. Good luck with your lawsuit, by the way.
Suck it up buttercup…. Now roll up your sleeve if you want to stay employed. It’s call company policy an no local city, state, or federal government can change it.
Too bad some people love tyrannical rule. My grandfather gave his all for the freedoms some of you just don’t understand. Shots, masks & tests don’t work yet you want to force them. Shots have severely affected my family members. Yes… members. Plural. I’m so mad I could scream. So I’d rather “roll up my sleeve” and stand my ground for freedom and join the law suits as I’ve been advised to save and print all communications. There no doubt will be lawsuits. Attorneys are not d-mb - they’re already looking to go after companies. Big companies. In the interest of your bonus … I would chose freedom … not tyrannical rule. Get off of Twitter, Facebook & the news and go learn something that’s not spoon fed to brainwash people. Search and you will find the truth.
Yes - contact your attorney!
Publicly traded. Still a private corporation that can set it's own conditions for employment.
As we stated to you last week when all of the mouth breathers got so excited.
So, roll up your sleeve or hit the bricks.
You won't contact your lawyer. Just a bunch of empty bluster. Always talking big but never actually doing anything. You know the type.
Private as in not Governmental
