Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Working on autopilot

This is the only company where I actually became more appreciated when I started working as little as possible. I used to give 110 percent of myself and now I realize I was just being naive.
Everything is better now. Instead of stressing about work, I look for new opportunities.
You tell me, does it make sense to still try hard and do your best or is switching on autopilot more than good enough?

1eRigHKd - go on and make some tea / biscuits for beloved Sal, i'm comfortable in doing squat for DXC, doing minimum, looking after myself and getting pay check whilst at DXC - waiting for retirement or WFR, why should I bother to do more for this %%^^% of a company.

What are you talking about? I do 200% less work than ever and even got a pay increase. Yes it was under 6% and inflation was 19%, but it was something.

I always help my coworkers , if you don't leave the company now, WE DON'T WANT YOU

If you don't help your direct report , leave the company now, WE DON'T WANT YOU

Keep slacking, do bear minimum, don't help co-workers or your boss (tend to take credit and any suckers bosses will just keep on piling the work until you burn out / they force you out) , get the pay check, get the pension

It's the way of this company, doesn't reward hard work.

Only rewards if your high up.

Only rewards if your entitled to stock options.

The pay reviews keep getting pushed back.

The talk talk is full of bll to suck in the naive.
