I’ve notice multiple announcements saying we need help in ____ department. Then Allstate puts a spin on it like it’s your chance to learn something new!
We were offered to help the theft and condo teams in the past month. How about hiring more workers instead of having these nearly untrained adjusters work outside their current roles??! What a joke, especially when temporarily working higher pay band roles with no incentive or real training.

I’m working condos with literally zero training. My metrics impacted though, already got a bad survey since I literally have no idea what to do.
