$135 for 3 hours during the week and $300 for a 8 hour weekend shift , but we have to take in extra claims . At first they said OT was for us to catch up on our pending .

Lol overtime pay?? I’m salary now and work 10-11 hour days writing estimates in property. I’m barely surviving doing that, if they think I’ll accept even more claims for a piddly $200 extra on a check their crazy

All ya need to realize is that it’s grossly below our competitors hence why most of our top talent is gone. Or soon to be.

Event pay isn't overtime...stop confusing the two.

I think they did away with event pay at least in my zone 1200. The logic is that we have temps now so we don't need and they can't afford it.

Yes but you are also given extra claims to work.

You can work 3, 8, or 11hr Event Pay Shifts on any regularly scheduled day off. Or 3 extra hours on a scheduled work day. Weekends pay $155, weekdays $135 for 3 hrs. Can't recall the exact pay for the other hours.

That’s false. In the claims department salaried employees are being offered to work “event pay” which is voluntary OT

“Event pay” is 135 for a 3 hour shift during the week. If you work a weekend you’re required to do an 8hr shift and I believe the pay is 300 or so.
