It's a lease so no real-estate investment. They had an article back in 2020 about looking into 1 Madison. Looks like flame is still lit on this. Nice location.
I guess I don't get it. Do people want to commute into NYC and work in a cubicle? Is this a statement about the future? Sales people spend most of their time out of the office anyway. It must be a real estate play (an investment). I get the math on that. My customers went to teams. So we all use it.
