Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Dell keeps on taking away!

Laid off (WFR) and paying thousands for COBRA out of pocket.
Once again Dell claws back! Beat the he-l out of us to use Virgin Pulse to get rewards. Went through weeks of recording stats only to get a mail yesterday saying it was a mistake and Dell doesn't allow the rewards for laid off employees on COBRA. Bunch of A-Holes at Dell Benefits (or no benefits).
Stay away from this place and work elsewhere.

Google works great BTW.
The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) gives workers and their families who lose their health benefits the right to choose to continue group health benefits provided by their group health plan for limited periods of time under certain circumstances such as voluntary or involuntary job loss, reduction in the hours worked. Qualified individuals may be required to pay the entire premium for coverage up to 102% of the cost to the plan
