Our horrible morning meetings consist of the store manager yelling at us about credit, emails, Sales numbers, and customer service. Every morning, the same thing. Yet they sit in the office doing the bare minimum. They also threatened us saying the door is always open to quit. But the store. Closes with just three people which is unsafe. Just about Every week an employee quits. But they pretend it does not bother them and everyone is expendable and disposable.

So let me see if Belk workers are not happy and feeling bad because STM managers don’t treat people with respect or professional at work. Belk is losing good workers everyday and can’t get enough people to replace on the sale floor to support customers then Belk must do something right? Search your own feeling see if your heartless comment agree with it?
&1uvx You are right and everyone who works for Belk knows it too. Unless you are blind and don’t really care anything about Belk leaders, the only thing they care is how big how filthy cash they can get and how to spend it. If you do nothing to improve Belk culture and working conditions you have changed nothing!

Taco Bell is hiring at $16 but you stand all day working and deal with rude and stupid customers all day. Belk is hiring at $10-$12 you also stand all day and deal with rude and crazy store manager about credits, emails and everything else. Not really sure what original poster is trying to accomplish. Just more tiring complaints about his/her store. It’s getting old. Quit and move on will you? Tons of places hiring.
