Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Literally my opinion is that everyone who works for this company should stop stressing out and driving themselves into the ground and going home angry. Your life is more important then this company ever will be. Here is why people. This company has been raking in the money ever since this pandemic has started. And yes true enough, they have given employees a little bit of a bonus in their checks at times, which gets taxed, so there really is no gift there in reality when you look at it. There are people who have years in this company who are what, making 15 bucks an hour while someone who hasn't worked 90 days in making more money then a senior person? C'mon now, whats wrong with that picture? Plus the money they are benefiting as a whole from this Pandemic, there is 0 reason why they can't up workers pay who are literally putting themselves at risk, and yes working even when sick. There are many long term associates who are looking elsewhere and trying to find a way out because they know their value and work ethic goes far beyond 15 bucks and hour and for management who could care less about them, and are only worried about filling their pockets. So I say again, stop driving yourself into the ground for a company that will replace you in a heartbeat without cause or concern. No matter how many years you have their, if you can get out, do so. If you can't just yet, remember to leave that place behind after you clock out. Fill your life with things you love, instead of taking that job home with you everyday.
