Who wouldn't be burned out and demoralized while being under so much pressure created by the lack of people. Some are already talking about it, but I really don't know what it will look like when more people are cut this year? Totally unacceptable! Now that almost no one wants to work here anymore because of overload and everything else, who would want to survive another round of layoffs?

These constant layoffs take a toll on your mental health!! Even if you survive the layoffs and see your friends go.. Your mental health is worth way more than a job with a terrible track record of reductions and treating others with disrespect.. Leave while you can.. There are still some great companies looking!!
