Peers from an unnamed source have recommended buying several devices (that plug into cigarette lighter ports) such as heaters, window defoggers and the like to drain batteries in trucks. Call fleet and have them send someone out. Call your manager last. And don't allow them to send out peers to jump start your vehicle as that would put their productivity at risk. Bonus, do this late in the day and you can bank some easy overtime. A few of these a month in every garage, and I bet they won't be worried about trucks idling.

But, we have people keep the vehicles running to blast heaters on during winter and air-conditioning during summer.
All to do nothing but sit on their a-s and keep warm and cool.
You know who you are!”
Do you set in your office with the heat or ac off? Why should you be comfortable?

It was recommended to idle them for 10-15 minutes every 4 days to keep a charge on the battery. Ask the guys who installed the GPS what to do and email the information so you can show your Supervisor or our Union that we pay dues to.
