I don't hope any hopes but also I no longer care. Everyone is talking about raise, and even though I've worked myself to exhaustion, I don't think about it at all. I just hope I get a new offer.

I remember back in the 80’s and 90’s getting on the average 16%-17% raises. Inconceivable right?
Last year I got a 3% raise despite an exceeds expectations rating. This year I hope to have both feet out the door before they do the salary reviews in mid Feb
Yeah I’m with the majority on this post. 5% is unheard of lol. And I’ve always been bte, I’m a ‘good employee.’
2% to 3% raise every year even though I’m an exceeds employee on all my metrics . Pretty sad from a mega billion dollar company . I’ve won the Golden compass award and other accolades servicing our customer too!
This year, with 7% inflation, where inflation is generally 2 - 4%, it's doubly insulting to only get a 2 or 3% increase
Good employees usually get bs raises actually, so you must have been on your knees to get that. ;)
Being expected in all areas you’re lucky to get 2.5-3%. That’s just a cost of living increase.
If I don't, I can easily get 10% by switching companies (tech skills ftw!)
Good Employees get raises. I was high expected and got 5%.
