I was surprised to see that TR was considered a Best Place to Work by Glassdoor. Things must have improved significantly since I left. Glad to see this for my former colleagues still at TR.

As a former employee and manager in Technology, I entered a long, detailed & decidedly negative review on Glassdoor. It was rejected.
Perhaps this is a reason why TR is viewed somewhat positively on that site. Rejecting negative ones will certainly help!
Hope everyone is able to leave their honest review on Glassdoor.
Yes, confirming the Glassdoor review is only for Canada. No US employees. The US employee base is completely demoralized, and all of the people with options are trying to leave.
Isn't there some financial incentive for TR to hire Snow Mexicans?
Misleading as it look like only on Glassdoor list for “Canada.”
Assuming this means ranking only calculated per reviewers based in Canada.
Couldn’t find on USA or global list.
Those are written by paid persons, employee or not, most from India, to write good reviews of company. False advertising.
The employer has the opportunity to remove reviews to my knowledge. Since there is control to sculpt the reviews this is not an ideal source to use as a gauge.
I would look at more than one source to get an idea. Places like this or other 3rd party site. No review site can be 100% trusted. You have to get an idea based on multiple sources. What are the trends.
@OP+1eMFbyvS G'door used to be an unbiased website. Now they seem more focused on meeting employer wants. I wouldn't rely on it.
Probably is if you're in Mexico or India. Highly doubtful in other offices.
