Intel will still require it because they fall under the "federal contractor" guidelines. This decision, while a step forward, does not affect them.
The Supreme Court is correct. A virus / pandemic is a universal risk, not a workplace related risk that should be under control or the authority of OSHA. The fact that Biden and his administration believed OSHA was a valid way to enforce pandemic policy shows how inept that administration is. There are MANY more effective policies to fight the pandemic that can be considered OSHA enforcement was a non-starter. OSHA already has a 6+ year backlog on OSHA cases and whistleblower cases, with about 8 - 10 employees per office. OSHA can't even handle the existing work, let alone vaccine enforcement of the entire US... be serious.
Score one for the mouth breathers
All the people who couldn't pass high school chemistry, math, or physics somehow think this is a win.
intel will still require it as the die is already cast.
