Instead of vaccines I have another complaint. My boss told me my raise yesterday. They bring up how expensive it is to live and gives us employees this low of a raise.
My dad on social security got double the raise I did at a company bragging on how much money they are making.

Watch when the sec docs come out and see what the 30 executives get. The old execs sucked but they also kept things equal and fair. Chris couldn’t change that fast enough.
Let’s be honest, businesses are only in business to make money. The more overhead, the less the company makes… If you want something more, become a consultant, business owner, and leave corporate America…
They are getting more office space instead.
or allow everyone to work from home so we can live where we want.
Need to move the HQ to Louisiana or MS where the cost of living is cheaper

At this point it's almost comical, our head office is so disconnected from its people. I heard the 3% raise was coming and i almost laughed. After hearing the speak about how expensive everything is. I figured 5% would've been the standard
