It’s great for me here, much better than the previous company I came from, but I’m a little worried about cuts, especially what’s going to happen next with vaccination-related cuts.

It would be better for me if kooky OP stopped coming up with weird posts and then replying as if they were a different person...get off the internet and get back to work you lonely old windbag!
Taking away the Ford family's preferred stock shares.
I love to read the bs here. To be honest more forward thinking less “Old Ford Good Ol’ Boys” attitude. The places in the company making the most progress are the ones that break boundaries and stop bi-----g and moaning about things changing so much.
Luckily a lot of the good ol babies bi-----g on here will likely be replaced due to vax problems with people that care more about making good products rather than what’s in it for them and counting days to retirement.
Being acquired and putting our management team on the street where they belong.
An early retirement package.
What would make Ford better for me? Nothing. I already decided to leave the company.
Go away troll.
If things were really so great, you wouldn’t be on a layoff site.
Imagine the assembly line with recently vaxxed folks and their weakened arms trying to assemble the engines and missing some screws here and there, assuming some don't fall asleep at the wheel literally. And then the COVID brains forget how to put in the steering wheels and brakes that already have issues even before the pandemic.
