AIG senior leaders don't care about how stressed and overworked employees are. Teams lose half of their staff and never get replacements. Do more with less. Who cares? Employees sacrifice their health and wellbeing to do a good job but leaders only worry about $$. I have good friends there and I'm sick of how they are treated.

You must be joking. AIG virtue signals how much they care every day. I know, nothing ever changes, but they say the right things. Doesn't that count?

Why care about your employees when there's stock buybacks to be made. /s
