When will 2022 Dell layoffs start? Who will be affected?

What do you predict? I think it'll be end of March 2022, but I am not sure.

Yes. They have been laying off July, September and December 2022. It started with contractors and now they are trimming the fat. Getting rid of the old guys 25+ years exp. -gone. Also they were fined 1 billion dollars I think a few months back. So they need to retrieve that money somehow. Get out while you can. It’s only getting worse.

People that will be impacted are older employees ageism alive and well at Dell :( somehow the company releases older employees and it is a trait that they continue.

There will be layoffs, but no reason to give severance now. Getting rid of the older men is a top priority and then bringing in young cheap females and some males. Watch out the group of consultants that were billing 50+ hours a week all got let go with no severance at all and no two week notice except for the lead that was female
