Let’s not obsess with titles of fellows… they key here is to see how we can see what’s coming and make rational decisions….. HON games the system and stacks it against us (especially done by the “leaders” from a specific region (Indian) no offense) so how do we game back and protect ourselves from all that to raise our $
I guess it depends, I'm band 4 and I'm not that far off with bonus etc.
If you go to glassdoor the fellow are listed they were nowhere near 280k
280k is easily what a fellow should be making, come on now.
Lucky I still work for HW. Not much expectations here. Hope a new job offer
Some people are posting irrational numbers, even for fellow, I doubt those numbers
To the person claiming 280k didn’t you do stuff in what is called Garret motion that is a sinking ship? Not sure why they would have pushed for you to get that much……. The alternative is you have good friends….from the same region…
As multiple posters pointed out in different ways the % matter more when you are in the lower bands because you make less in your $ compensation
You simply make less originally and the rest of the potential goodies follows suit. Band 2 and 3 are the worst affected and are considered easily replaceable. That said everyone is replaceable with even cheaper labor from overseas
As one of the fellows I make 280k so a little over 3% is perfect. Then the bonuses come on top so no issues.
If you’re at 45k and newbie then you’re screwed with something like 3%
My salary is ~165K, and 2.5% gives me about $4,000 extra, which is really not bad! My living expenses isn’t $4000 higher than last year.

For the people that leave honeywell this month I bet it averages 25%.
Everyone else will be considering bag lunches for 2022. Everyone except clearwater of course where the cafeterias were closed by order of the pinellas county health department. Honeywell has never attempted to reopen some ... 4 years later?

Been 2.5% raise pool for the last 15 years. I wouldn’t expect anything different. Bonuses may be better because way less Band 4s to have to pay out.
I've seen the calculations for labor, its about 2% more than what we get every year. For most people it will mean a couple thousand $ more.
It probably won't match inflation
