It used to be paying market was enough for people to join the company as stock and doing great things was a natural ending.
These days good people have far better places to make a difference and Intel stock is going nowhere and has a low ceiling for the next half decade while every other semiconductor or design or software company has better future.
No $hit Intel needs to pay a lot more, what indoor hitches his future to a sinking ship unless he get a lot of money, they don’t care about the future they get above market pay. It’s the poor lower grade that get $crewed.
