I’m vaxxed. It’s more about not having your arm twisted either way in regards to your health.
My prediction is the unvaxxed realize in ten years what a stupid mistake they made after losing their jobs, becoming unemployable due to refusing vaxx and losing everything they worked hard for and having nothing in retirement. All because they listened to the fear mongering id--ts scare them with ghost stories of nonsense. I suppose these same people will still be listening to Alex Jones to get their next fix of doomy sh*t that won’t ever happen. If the world is has bad as these fear mongers say it is, then sign me up for my next booster. Who would want to live on this planet if it’s true? But it’s not. It’s all fear mongering and it needs to stop.
You have no idea what the future holds for either the vaccinated or the unvaccinated. When you make claims like this you just sound uneducated and ignorant.
For those asking how long it will take to die from the vax. Wait a year and see what kind of cancer or disease is eating at you. That’s how you know.

Think beyond the banking industry. For example a number cruncher at Citi can still be a number cruncher for Home Depot, Lemar Homes, Maybeline etc…. Not to mention that there a new wave of remote work job listings across all sectors.
As far as pay….I’m sorry, at best Citi pays the average UNLESS you are upper management.
Where are these people going to go? I hear jobs are out there but are they good pay like Citi
Also the current initiative to get rid of tenured staff and replace them with new blood.
I am excited as many will be fired so lots of internal opportunities will open up. Future ao bright gotta wear shadesss
Agreed, employees can determine their own path. File for the exception if nothing else. Also I wholeheartedly encourage anyone who’s against the mandate to seek employment elsewhere. There are companies out there who pay as much or more and won’t require it. You gotta do the legwork though and actively seek them out. All in all, you DO have a choice.

Citigroup announces staff in the US who have not been vaccinated by Jan. 14 will be placed on unpaid leave and fired at the end of the month.
