Why do you care about why. It may just be a good move. It’s the time of year financially for many. Many opportunities for people and leaders.
@2bda+1eHjnesP right, I guess that 80% of the hires in 2021 being diverse isn't good enough.
Was sent to work the total loss triage which is currently weeks behind, all thanks to the mass layoffs and transformative growth.
Long overdue
No surprise given the inability of HR to attract or retain talent in a competitive marketplace. A lackluster base pay 2022 budget, and no progress on the IDE initiatives that are part of executive leadership goals. Seem to be losing female officers like Harris, Trish, and Blair in recent months. Reflects poorly on Tom and Glenn.
There was no boot.
I hope she left booted. Alot of the country had snow on friday.
