Since I’ve left Allstate last summer for a really really good city job, My life changed for the better. I’m happy again. My quality of life improved. I now make way more money than I ever had. My heart goes out to those that are still there and who are struggling with depression and want out. Before leaving I was always stressed out and on edge whether it’s from that whole “transformative growth” cr-p and the fear of losing my job or having to do work that required TWO-THREE people and only getting 2-3% raises for it every year. Every once in a while my old workers would reach out to me to vent about what’s going on and the ridiculous changes being made. I knew it was time for me to leave once an old friend of mine who works for a competitor as a processor doing the same exact work is getting paid way more than I did and only been with that company for TWO YEARS!!! That’s insane! I don’t miss this job at all. I do miss the people I worked with for almost 5 years. For those that are looking to get out of this company, I pray and hope you do. 2022 is your year!!
