The annual re-swizzle

After the massacre that was 2021, 2022 should have been the year of stability.

The carousel is spinning as we start the year and the Execs are talking solely about execution. But the stability? Huge change to rep coverage as S1 / S2 is now 1, 1.5 and 2.

That doesn’t feel like stability. Execution? That’s one word for it.

Segment 1 / Segment 2 - basically how much $ customer spends is how IBM allocates resources

I'm impacted by the reswizzle but they didn't say where I'm going yet. Hopefully I'm on the RA list.

Most BPs suck... most of them are trying to hire IBMer currently working at IBM because they can't do the work. Most BPs are pathetic!

"Huge change to rep coverage as S1 / S2 is now 1, 1.5 and 2."

So much for the channel "strategy".

In IBM, no "strategy" survives one bad quarter.

For a former IBMer what is meant by S1/S2? 1, 1.5, and 2?

By the end of 2022 there will be less than 200 sales reps in the US.
