Probably due to how bad GTA is
I'm not on the gfx team, but my guess based on the DG1 reviews I've read, is that the hold up is probably the janky Windows driver. Still broken after all these years, can't play newly released games, unacceptable shader compile time, etc., not really surprised since the SW architect is in way over his head.
Release date was last week. And not even a paper release like other gfx vendors (but pretty close to it)
H2 2021 to Q1 2022 to 2022.
