You are right, some of us just made really bad career choices to be in the roles we are in. The executives manage Wall Street and compensation well. Though they have done a terrible job with the org structure, but not worse than most other companies. I think most folks are just upset with the general soul sucking nature of corporate work…I know that is my problem. I could choose to make less money and have less PTO, but I haven’t had the courage to do that. Hard to know if that would be better. Life just sucks in general.
I don’t understand people complaining this much about your company and staying. If you truly hate it then leave. We all know you won’t though because you enjoy making money here and know you would be worthless at you next job too.
The only people who think this company is great are ones who couldn’t get a job elsewhere
I can tell some of you just like to complain because this is not a bad company. Is it perfect no, but it’s better than most. Some of y’all should see what a turkey mismanaged company looks like.
It must be nice to work for a company with real leadership
We just need to live with it and go on with business as usual. No work from home and no more shutdowns. It’s here to stay.
They didn’t report the last two weeks, so the 60 is the total over 3 weeks. Still staggering, assuming 20 cases per week when the previous report was under 10.
And still no communication from MC/leadership about increasing precautions.
Quit worrying about COVID. You are going to get it even if you have the shot. Just have to live with it like any other illness now.
He cares about people, the ones on Wall Street!
