Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Confident vs weak leaders

Confident leaders will make sure to surround themselves only with the best people who will challenge them and give them the best advice. They will not feel threatened. Weak leaders will only surround themselves with yes-men and women who will agree with them 24/7. Guess which category Stankey is in?

Interesting…Give us a list of the ‘weak’ people on his team. Oh, and you should also provide fact based examples of their failures. None of the childish name calling stuff, that’s not useful. Seriously.

The Stink is strong at lining his pockets, and getting satisfaction causing mass misery and pain for employee, shareholders and customers. He likes having his ego stroked by all the @ss lickers. He loves taking the corporate jet for lunch.

Stink has tremendous job satisfaction! Everything is going fine for the Stink! Could not be better!
