There is more and more rumor about layoffs in claims and the pressure is already too great, and I believe it will get even worse. The reason is they would like people to leave without a package. Unless I get some much better offer, I’ve been here too long to leave without severance pay, so I’m mentally preparing for increasing pressure, irrational demands from managers and the like.

I work in express and claims adjusters are so overworked and behind that there’s claims just sitting in the queues for days and once assigned they’re not touched for sometimes a week by the adjusters . Get these adjusters some help please! The $55k plus they’re making isn’t worth the stress! Claims are starting to get handled in India and often we can’t get a reply back on claims statuses due to the time zone and customers and shops are mad.
