Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Xerox is an unorganized company as a whole

Even if we were not part of a dying industry - and let's face it, we are - a company that is run like this would have no chance of surviving. With so many useless management levels, so many processes that should have been streamlined years ago, and so many wasted resources, it's a wonder this ship is not sinking faster.

Xerox is a completely lost cause. There are 11 million jobs open out there. Something has to be better than xerox.
Time to hit the road.

How long does management think people are going to keep getting the job done with all they have taken away. Every tech I know has just stopped caring, nobody feels appreciated.
Look at what's been done away with since we acquired all the wonderful "cores": raises, bonuses, 401K, early retirement option, pensions plus what costs us more: company car, insurance premiums, Insurance deductibles, he-l we can't even get a Xerox shirt for god's sake.
Please add to this wonderful list, it makes you feel better, LOL

Add in the sketchy annuity stream accounting and the blatant misrepresentation to Wall Street analysts and yep-fully agree

There is no logical reason to stay here. The company is throwing employees and customers into the fire to keep warm. Pretty soon you run out of firewood and kindling.
Get your affairs in order and exit stage left before the fire doors are chained shut. As serious as it gets.
