Allstate is dysfunctional. Failed leadership at its finest.
In fairness, it's possible that their employees are unaware of this site... I didn't know it existed until starting at Allstate. If they don't know about the site, the complaints will be few and far between, thus not an accurate gauge of their work culture.
Knee deep in a transformative shi$ $how, seems no one knows what's around the corner. A true sign of poor leadership to never keep the troops informed. Seems dysfunctional and out of touch with reality. The no one cares anymore attitude has taken over. RIP greed and the almighty $$ the path to failure on the horizon.
