Same, I am already looking for another job so I will leave after I got the bonus. It won’t be much like always but better than nothing

Yeah but add in the 900M from last year, and there are 3-4 rather large ones coming this year. Don’t kid yourself, it comes from the employees!
That 200 million dollar fine is not much histrically for Chase and 2021 was a pretty standard year from a fines and violations perspective. We have bonused in years with fines in the billions
Don’t get your hopes up! Remember the $200M fine they just paid! They take it from the staff , not from MDs and above!
Are raised confirmed already? The board just has to approve the bonuses?

The math is done as noted below, but the board has to approve it first. Once the board meets and approves the overall pool, management can then communicate to the employees what their bonuses are. Dates mentioned below (the 18th on the beginning of the communication) is what I understand as well.

The board has a meeting to approve the bonuses around the 18th. Payout will be the following week
