People looking to advance their career at Refinitiv don't need to focus on working hard, but on kissing the right butts. Make sure that your manager knows he can't do wrong, that every idea that comes out of his mouth is fantastic, that he deserves everything he's getting and more, and you're golden. It's sad that this is where we are at, but it is what it is.

A quality manager would have left this sinking ship a long time ago. Just the sad are left, hoping for a golden parachute.
When did you suddenly realise this? I’ve been doing this in every job my whole career :) 20 odd years of experience and it works in every company. Plus if you don’t like your boss, must be miserable every day no?! So suck up, kiss some b@tt, reap the benefit.
