Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Maybe it could have been different

We need to be realistic, there has been a paradigm shift and for a company like Xerox it has not been easy to adapt to new circumstances, new needs. I’ve been in this company for a long time, I’ve been here even when it was incomparably better to work here, and now I’m wondering if management could have done a lot more for X, to more easily adjust to future needs and ultimately, to not touch the rock bottom ?
