Remember when we were named one of the three worst insurance companies in the country at the start of last year by the National Law Review? I'm wondering if we'll keep our position or if we'll climb a few spots to take the crown as the worst insurance company. The way this management has been running the company in the last 12 months, that seems to be the goal.

Where is AIG spending money at? Bloated poor performing executives starting at the top. The next thing would be on consultants and former consultants who have no clue except to create a pretty 100 page ppt deck
Note this ranking is from policyholder's perspective, which means AIG is trying every effort to cut cost from external claims. And it is also trying every effort to cut cost from internal operations. But the company's profitability is still worse than most competitors. So where are they spending the money at?
I am surprised it was not named the worst.....Was the reasoning that the other 2 that are worse went bankrupt?
