Raises and bonuses, bonuses and raises. Yes, a lot of talk about that on this board. I am in an off situation. I am on in years. I would not be set well, to leave Wells. I earn a pretty good buck and I would not demand that outside of Wells without some real luck. Due to others let go in my department, more work was tossed my way this last year. I have not kept up. It will be interesting to see if they decline a raise and/or a bonus. Up until now, they have always provided both. But I was told this year in a more direct way that "this is how we're basing it", and pointing to metrics. I guess I'll know soon.

Yes, bonuses are in the past. Going forward it’s salary based upon performance.

It's always pay for performance. Bonuses were never guaranteed. Sounds like the mindset they're trying to get away from
