There's talk about more layoffs at the start of next year and for the first time I'm not stressing over it or worrying 24/7 if my name will be on the list. It's not that I hate working here, but USAA has changed enough that I'm no longer as satisfied with my job as I once was. I'm ready to move on. Getting severance would only make that process easier for me.

Exec line their pockets with high premiums military can’t afford and then don’t staff depts. I am on 3 hr hold to update profile and then I opted for call back and never received call back. I left this dump for a better paying job, no good ole boys philosophy. I was an employee and saw first hand the double standard. If you brown nose with white folks you get promoted if you stick to your values you get terminated
