I miss the time when we had a work-life balance at AIG. I've been so overworked in the past twelve months or so that I'm considering quitting just to get a semblance of a life back. I appreciate this company and I understand that it's better than a lot of alternatives when it comes to the pay and benefits, but enough is enough.

Just set some boundaries when working from home. Block off time for lunch and only leave room on your calendar for standard working hours..
if you have a work cell phone, turn on, focus mode or do not disturb mode outside of working hours.. hopefully you don’t use the work phone as a personal phone..
Rude
Please do it for all of us.
